| GPS Technology |
A network of satellites transmits precisely timed signals that are interpreted by Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers in the RangerPlus monitors wherever they are on the golf course. Pre-recorded coordinates for various hazards are used in conjunction with the constantly renewing data from the satellites to accurately determine the distance between the golf buggy and the hazards. |

Full colour graphic display: Constantly updated information is displayed on a full colour 6”x 4” screen, depicting the hole you are playing and the distance remaining to the centre of the green. |

Real time distances to the green: As the buggy approaches each tee, information is automatically displayed on the monitor such as the hole number, length, par and handicap. After teeing-off, an image appears showing the features and hazards of the hole being played, together with the distance from the buggy to the green.

At the time of installation, course managers and greens staff are fully instructed in the easy to learn operational procedures.
