Returning Items
You must first contact us via our contact page to register your intention to return the goods and to arrange a replacement item if appropriate.

Please do not send in any item without first obtaining an authorised returns instruction and the returns address.

Upon receipt of your returns request, we will send a Returns Authorisation Email to you which will include a unique returns reference number, the returns postal address and instructions on what needs to be included in the returns package. We will not accept any item returned to us without prior authorisation. In the event of an item being returned to us without prior authorisation, the item will be returned to the sender, postage unpaid.

In the event of a return due to a manufacturing defect, we require proof of purchase before we can accept any item under warranty. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s); for the return of goods we recommend for your protection you use a recorded delivery postal service. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs.

NB In the event of a technical problem we would advise you in the first instance to contact us as we may be able to assist with your problem.
 
We can only offer support for our products and cannot offer one to one technical support for any third party products (computers, anti-virus or firewall software and hardware, operating systems, etc.)

We may publish through these support pages common resolutions to issues that customers have reported back to us with third party products. However, we may deem it necessary to refer you to a computer specialist, for which you will be charged, if the issue you are reporting is outside our normal operating parameters.
