Email not recognised by the Golf Plus web site
CaddyConnect is used to connect your CaddyLite to your PC and enable you to download maps from your online account. We are continually improving the application to provide new features and functionaility. The latest version is available for download from here.
You may see the message, in CaddyConnect, 'This email address is not recognised by the Golf Plus web site' when registering your Caddy Lite device.

The two most common causes for this message appearing are explained below.
Missing or Incorrect Online Account Information
The CaddyConnect software needs to link the serial number of your Caddy Lite with a Golf Plus online account. An email address is used to reference the online account.

If you haven't already created an online account, either use your internet browser to go to or click the 'here' hyperlink in the CaddyConnect window to load the Golf Plus web site.
Once the web site has been loaded, select 'Login' at the top of any web page.
From the login web page, select 'Create Login' and create an account.
Once a valid account has been created, enter the correct user information in CaddyConnect and retry Register Device option.
New or Multiple Devices with Existing Software
Another reason for this message showing is if you are connecting a different Caddy Lite unit to your computer when another Caddy Lite or Caddy has been previously registered.

It is possible to have multiple devices to be connected to the same PC (although not at the same time).

All that is required is for you to register the new device with your existing email address that was used to create your online account.
