| Refund Policy |
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. We will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of the postage. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. |

| Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect |
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, you must contact the Customer Services dept. at Golf Plus on: +44 (0)1494 795 116 to obtain an RMA number and log your intention to return the goods and to arrange a replacement item if appropriate. Golf Plus Ltd will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s; for the return of goods we recommend for your protection you use recorded/ special delivery postal service. The customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.
NB In the event of a technical problem we would advise you in the first instance to contact us as we may be able to assist with your problem. |

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period |
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of the postage; for the return of goods we recommend for your protection you use recorded/ special delivery postal service. The customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. We reserve the right to make a restocking charge representing a value of 20% of the order item cost for any item returned which has been used and subsequently requires electronic settings to be reset, or if the presentation packaging in which it is shipped has been damaged. |

Please first contact us to obtain an RMA number. Once we have ackonowledged your return request and issued you with an RMA number, send your item, securely packaged and clearly labelled with your RMA number, to:

NB You are responsible for the goods until they are received at our address above. Goods that are lost or go missing during transit cannot be reimbursed. You should strongly consider using a Recorded/Special Delivery (signed for) service to return goods. The customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. Remember, proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.

| Device Registration and Maps Download |
A Caddy or Caddy Lite device must be registered via this web site in order to download maps. Device registration requires a user account for the sole use of the account originator and cannot be used by any other person. Accounts cannot be transferred nor can they be shared by any other user for the purposes of device registration and map downloads (either redeemed via map credits or added via a current Golf Plus membership). Any device registration found to be in breach of these terms will result in immediate locking of the account and associated maps for devices found registered against that account. |

| Golf Plus Membership |
A Golf Plus Membership will entitle the account holder to download any available mapped course during a valid membership period. Maps will be held in the subscribers Map Bank. Any map downloaded during a membership period will not be available for download should the membership expire. Golf Plus membership requires a user account for the sole use of the account originator and cannot be used by any other person. Accounts cannot be transferred nor can they be shared by any other user for the purposes of membership and map downloads Any account found to be in breach of these terms will result in immediate locking of the account and associated maps for devices found registered against that account. We reserve the right to amend the terms of the membership at any time. |

We can only offer support for our products and cannot offer one to one technical support for any third party products (computers, anti-virus or firewall software and hardware, operating systems, etc.)
We may publish through these support pages common resolutions to issues that customers have reported back to us with third party products. However, we may deem it necessary to refer you to a computer specialist, for which you will be charged, if the issue you are reporting is outside our normal operating parameters. |

| Warranty |
| Customer Remedies |
Your products are covered for a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase, or in the case of Caddy Lite, from the date the device is first registered. During the warranty period, Golf Plus's and its suppliers' entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Golf Plus's option, either repair or replacement of this software or hardware that does not meet Golf Plus's Limited Warranty and which is returned to Golf Plus with a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of this software or hardware or web site has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement software or hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. |

| No Other Warranties |
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golf Plus and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to this software or hardware or web site. |

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Golf Plus or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business or personal information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this software or hardware or web site, even if Golf Plus has been advised of the possibility of such damages. |
