| Refund Policy |
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. We will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of the postage. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. |

| Returning Items |
If you are returning an item because of a manufacturing defect, damage or under the distance selling cooling off period, you must first contact us via our contact page to register your intention to return the goods and to arrange a replacement item if appropriate.
Upon receipt of your returns request, we will send a Returns Authorisation Email to you which will include a unique returns reference number, the returns postal address and instructions on what needs to be included in the returns package.
We will not accept any item returned to us without prior authorisation. In the event of an item being returned to us without prior authorisation, the item will be returned to the sender, postage unpaid.
In the event of a return due to a manufacturing defect, we require proof of purchase before we can accept any item under warranty. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s); for the return of goods we recommend for your protection you use a recorded delivery postal service. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs.
NB In the event of a technical problem we would advise you in the first instance to contact us as we may be able to assist with your problem.
Customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of the postage; for the return of goods we recommend for your protection you use a recorded delivery postal service. The customer is responsible for any transportation cost. We reserve the right to make a restocking charge representing a value of 20% of the order item cost for any item returned which has been used and subsequently requires electronic settings to be reset, or if the presentation packaging in which it is shipped has been damaged. |

| Order Despatch and Delivery Costs |
With the exception of Annual Membership, orders placed and accepted via this website will be despatched within 5 working days of order acceptance via the the delivery service specified within the checkout and order confirmation pages. Our normal hours of business are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and excludes UK public holidays (bank holidays.) The cost of delivery is calculated based on the total order gross weight, delivery service package size rates, packaging costs and also includes VAT according to the UK VAT regulations. Please note that we do not operate VAT disbursement.
Annual Membership is automatically applied to the ordering account upon payment completion except for orders where PayPal is used as the payment provider (please see the section entitled 'Payment Using PayPal'.)

| Payment Using PayPal |
Orders placed via PayPal are placed on hold until PayPal confirm payment authorisation. Normally this is instantaneous, however, depending on the payment method used within PayPal (credit or debit card or bank transfer), it can take PayPal up to three days before payment confirmation is issued. |

| Device Registration and Maps Download |
A Caddy or Caddy Lite device must be registered via this web site in order to download maps. Device registration requires a user account for the sole use of the account originator and cannot be used by any other person. Accounts cannot be transferred nor can they be shared by any other user for the purposes of device registration and map downloads (either redeemed via map credits or added via a current Golf Plus membership). Any device registration found to be in breach of these terms will result in immediate locking of the account and associated maps for devices found registered against that account. |

| Golf Plus Membership |
A Golf Plus Membership will entitle the account holder to download any available mapped course during a valid membership period. Maps will be held in the subscribers Map Bank. Any map downloaded during a membership period will not be available for download should the membership expire. Golf Plus membership requires a user account for the sole use of the account originator and cannot be used by any other person. Accounts cannot be transferred nor can they be shared by any other user for the purposes of membership and map downloads. Any account found to be in breach of these terms will result in immediate locking of the account and associated maps for devices found registered against that account. We reserve the right to amend the terms of the membership at any time. |

However, we may deem it necessary to refer you to a computer specialist, for which you will be charged, if the issue you are reporting is outside our normal operating parameters. |

| Warranty |
| Customer Remedies |
Your products are covered for a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Golf Plus System's and its suppliers' entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Golf Plus System's discretion, either repair or replacement of the software or hardware that does not meet Golf Plus System Limited Warranty and which is returned to Golf Plus with a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of this software or hardware or web site has resulted from accidental or intentional damage (including water damage), abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement software or hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
In the event of a warranty return for defective items, we require proof of purchase before we can accept any item under warranty. |

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golf Plus System and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to this software or hardware or web site. |

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Golf Plus System or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business or personal information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this software or hardware or web site, even if Golf Plus System has been advised of the possibility of such damages. |
